Procurement Administrator

Grade 12 certificate is a basic requirement

Responsibilities:
  • Handling the full Procurement Function for the Group, which includes, but is not limited to:
    • Placing and monitoring orders from Suppliers
    • Managing Spare Part Orders and Quotes
    • Coordinating Capital Equipment Orders
    • Handling Consumables Orders
    • Dealing with Queries
    • Generating Weekly Reports
    • Managing Filing and general administration tasks
    • Preparing PO files for the Finance department


Experience required:
Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement is mandatory
Previous IT Procurement experience will be beneficial
Experience with SYSPRO or a similar ERP system is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe is necessary

Skills and Qualities:
  • Strong attention to detail and Accuracy are crucial
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Results-driven approach
  • Effective Communication Skills (especially in English)
  • Proactive and Disciplined work ethic
