Major Responsibilities:

AUDITING & CHECKING OF CONTRACTS

  • Maintain and champion business rules regarding the checking and auditing of customer contracts
  • Report potential risks to senior management
  • Manage the relationship between Sales Department and Contracts Administration Department
  • Ensure contracts are captured timeously

DATA INTEGRITY & QUALITY

  • Set standards for capturing of contracts
  • Perform Data Maintenance tasks
  • Check Data Capturing
  • Create and check exception reports to highlight any capturing errors

REPORTING, COMMUNICATION AND CONTROL

  • Extract daily, weekly and monthly reports from database
  • Reconciliation of data captured to contracts received
  • Communicate capturing cutoff deadlines to business
  • Ensure capturing deadlines are met

BUDGET CONTROL

  • Budget control

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Tertiary Education preferable
  • 5 years Management experience coupled with Business Administration/Management Training
  • Experience in Security Industry essential
