Contracts Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator role available in Midrand for a Coal Distributor.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Operations
- Coordinate site induction and send daily truck delivery schedule list to all sites.
- Confirm stock availability at each site and communicate with the transport team on
- delivery schedules.
- Assist in problem solving day to day operational issues across the supply chain and escalate
- to the relevant individuals when necessary.
Reporting and Administration
- Capturing proof of delivery notes for road freight and reconciling the tons moved against
- transporter and mine invoices.
- Ensure that all loads dispatched at the mine are offloaded at relevant locations and any
- deviations to be taken up with transporters/mine.
- Compile reports to track supplier performance as per their contractual obligation.
Financial
- Ensure supplier compliance as agreed with all suppliers and transporters
- check quantity, quality and costs charged is correct before sending invoices for payment
- for transporters and suppliers.
- Tracking credit availability for all coal suppliers.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Degree (Supply Chain, Business Admin, Finance) or relevant BCom Degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain Operations and Finance.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.)
- Knowledge and understanding of basic mathematics
