**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (Call center, retail etc)
- Excellent Phone etiquette as well as superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- National Senior Certificate
- Basic proficiency on MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Typing and aptitude assessment skills
- Fluent/Neutral English accent
- Ability to work Rotational Night Shifts including evenings and weekends (pre-scheduled
- A clear credit and criminal record check
- Must be based in Durban and able to commute to Umhlanga.
