**Supplier Management**:Oversee relationships with catering suppliers, including conducting regular audits and evaluations to assess their performance and adherence to quality standards

**Menu Development**:Develop menus that meet diverse preferences and dietary requirements, ensure items are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet nutritional guidelines.

**Training and Development**:Provide training and guidance to catering staff

**Quality Assurance Systems**: Develop and implement robust quality assurance systems and procedures, inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement

**Risk Management**:Identify potential risks and hazards and implement measures to mitigate them

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities,prepare reports for management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in Quality Assurance is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety management, preferably in the airline catering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA, USDA), airline catering standards (e.g., IATA guidelines), and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

Pay: R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
