  • Quality Audits and Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality systems role at an international cosmetic or food manufacturing company.
  • Qualifications: Matric and post-matric qualifications required.
  • Skills and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and 13485 standards, quality management principles, and regulatory requirements.
