Quality Systems Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Coordinator to join our team at Dante Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation
  • Coordinate and conduct ISO internal and external audits
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality management procedures and ISO 9001 requirements
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and team members
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Matric and post-matric qualifications required
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in a quality systems role
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and 13485 standards and quality management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Deadline orientated and organized
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
