Key Responsibilities:- Quality Systems Management: Develop and implement quality management systems that meet international standards, including ISO 9001 and 13485.
- Quality Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality management procedures and ISO 9001 requirements to ensure a culture of quality excellence.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, ensuring timely and accurate communication of quality performance.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Education: Matric and post-matric qualifications required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in a quality systems role at an international cosmetic/food manufacturing company.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and 13485 standards, quality management principles, and strong communication skills.
- Tools and Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with a valid driver's license.
