**Primary role purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Upsell and cross-sell EBU products / services
- Meeting monthly individual direct sales target
- Meeting individual KPIs consistently including quality target
- Adhere to internal sales processes & customers service processes
**Qualifications**

- Customer Service - take care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met
- Target Driven - working to meet and exceed personal and team goals.

**Desirable Knowledge and Skills**:
- Knowledge of Inmarsat products and solutions
- Familiarity with accounting and finance is favourably considered/ P&L management skills
- Familiarity with global businesses and understanding the challenges faced by business owners.
