HR administrator - contract position for five months
A fantastic opportunity currently exists for an individual to join our dynamic and successful company as an HR Administrator to support the HR department.
Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for an HR administrator with superb communication and administration skills.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to - administrative duties, organising and updating training schedules, shortlisting and scheduling of interviews, IOD reporting and attending to queries, Labour/ Health inspections documentation and resolving general employee relations issues. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations and should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities.
**Requirements**:
Grade 12 certificate
It would be advantageous to have a diploma or tertiary qualification in HR but not a requirement
Can still be completing qualification
Sound knowledge of relevant HR Laws
Basic computer skills are required
Good communication, office/clerical, administrative and interpersonal skills are of great importance
High integrity, tact, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Highly organised and detail oriented
Well presented, groomed with professional organisational skills
Good financial acumen
Proactive, confident and a self-starter
Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple priorities
