**UC Provisioning Coordinator**
**The Purpose of your role**
Responsible for provisioning, management, and execution of UCaaS orders, ensuring these are commercially and technically acceptable as they are passed through from our Sales and Account
Management teams through to Deployment and handover to Billing and Support.
You will understand the vendors, their portals and the products being sold, therefore will have worked in a similar provisioning or project management role in an ISP or Telecoms environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with third party partners and suppliers ensuring that all orders are validated and correct.
- Placing renewal and cessation orders with vendors where required.
- Monitoring order workflow and escalating issues where required.
- Management of number porting with various vendors.
- Work closely with the deployment engineers ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to customer Scopes of Work, SLA’s and other performance regulating documentation relating to order management and provisioning.
- Update internal systems, e.g., CRM (Salesforce) and providing reports to management as requested
(Weekly WIP reporting).
- Deliver effective and timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders ensuring awareness and satisfaction.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and internal audits as required.

**Requirements for the role**
Essential:
- A good understanding of common telephony and circuit data products (IP Telephony, ISDN, SIP, Fibre circuits, ADSL)
- Previous experience in telephony, number porting and/or contact centre solutions.
- Experience in coordinating work which includes multiple elements to meet a pre-set deadline (order processing, provisioning or similar).
- Experience in managing customer expectations and where necessary, deliver undesirable news in a positive and constructive manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Microsoft skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Own office equipment and home office setup
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Project Management techniques and tools
- Qualification in Project Management or equivalent, such as Prince2
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and MS Teams
- Experience in number porting

**What you also need to know**
- You will require a reliable home working space, with power backup if required, a PC/Laptop and sufficient internet connection for video calls.
- Training on our products and internal processes will be provided.
