**About the Opportunity**:
There are 3 direct reports into this role. Reporting to the COO, and in close partnership with the CEO, our head of marketing steers the direction of our brand and leads marketing strategies that generates new business; grows the lifetime value of our customers; and builds on team capabilities as we move into our next phase of global growth.

Our head of marketing is super-organised, a collaborative problem-solver who cares deeply about communicating product value, in the right voice, to the right audience. You’ll bring a successful track record of growing a client pipeline through compelling online marketing campaigns that understand the core needs and nuances of their audience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Positioning, communicating, and engaging with relevant communities to grow business.
- **Branding and Positioning**: Strengthening market presence and competitor differentiation of our products.
- **Marketing Delivery**:Leading and advancing the marketing team. Overseeing day-to-day marketing operations. Managing marketing-related third parties, including agency partners.
- **Lead Generation**:Developing, deploying and owning lead generation programs from conception to execution. Manage top-funnel strategies like display ads, SEM, SEO and PR.
- **Marketing Team Development**:Supporting, guiding, and developing the marketing team’s capabilities. Developing and coaching team members.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Gaining insights that inform strategy and optimise campaigns.
- **Content Creation**: Ensuring compelling and relevant content, including website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos and sales collateral. Establish mechanisms to collect client testimonials, reviews and case studies.
- **Sales Enablement**: Working closely with the sales team on materials to support the sales process.
- **Product Marketing**: Collaborating to create training videos, on-boarding decks, and product update newsletters.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Defining KPIs and metrics to measure success of marketing campaigns. Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- **Budget Management**: Developing annual budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

**What you bring**:

- 5 years’ experience in a similar role leading B2B digital marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in identifying B2B target audiences; and creatively designing and leading marketing campaigns, across channels, that attract, build awareness and inspire action.
- Proven experience working with Product Marketing Teams and creating GTM campaigns
- Technical SEO experience
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Strong understanding of the SAAS industry, it’s dynamics, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
- A data-based approach to measuring and tracking success.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement across multiple products.
- Proven ability to strengthen a marketing engine using automation and analytics tools.
- A collaborative work style, highly skilled in communicating effectively.
