New Business Consultant

**Requirements**:
- Gr12/relevant tertiary qualification (Not required but adventitious: Tertiary or further education for example BSc, NDip, BCom)
- 2 to 5 years sales or business development experience - Mechanical and or Chemical knowledge and working experience would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to understand technical details of products and make a technically driven sale.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge about CRM software.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Own Transport
- Valid Driver's License
- Goal and target driven.
**Duties**:
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Move leads through the sales pipeline and execute successful sales.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
- Track all sales activities in the company Client Relationship Software (CRM) system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, leads and customers.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Maintain after sales relationships.
- Meet and/or exceed quotas.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Sell technical and scientific products that are environmentally sound or designed for environmental remediation.
