To co-ordinate procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premisses.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Procurement and Inbound Duties**
- Supplier pricing updates in Acumatica.
- Local and International Purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named places
- Submit Proforma invoices/order confirmation to Accounts for Cash in Advance Suppliers.
- ETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transit
- Notify forwarder/s of shipments for bookings to be made.
- Complete clearing instructions for Customs clearing and check clearing documents for correctness.
- Obtain estimates for freight from forwarders.
- Track and trace international parcels.
- Arrange collection of local supplier orders placed if not delivered by them.
**General**
- Build Multiple contact relationships with suppliers.
- Complete all processes for duties assigned in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Maintain workplace health and safety requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend changes in work methods to increase productivity in department or inter departmental.
- Ensure excellent supplier and customer service.
- Maintain archiving of documents per year

**Education and Qualifications Required**:
- Grade 12
- Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain an advantage
- Qualification in Procurement an advantage

**Experience Required**:
- At least 3-5 year experience in Procurement and Logistics
- Customer Services/ Supplier relationships experience
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Acumatica
- Incoterms for international trade
**Comments and Special Consideration**:
- Overtime due to inherent requirement of job
