**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage supplier contracts in accordance with the relevant procurement policies, processes and standards, as well as client requirements and also manage strategic and operational vendors according to the vendor management framework.

Coordinate Strategic procurement by facilitating Group Tenders, assisting with cost management.

Manage and develop enhancements for all operating systems within the procurement framework

Decision making authority:
Decisions are based on knowledge of theory and systems.
Workers have to choose the appropriate routine from a limited array of routines or rules at their disposal.
They work within rules or standards laid down.
