Key Responsibilities:


As a dedicated team member at Fortis Recruiting Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the procurement team.


Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, including requesting and processing quotes from suppliers, tracking purchase orders and deliveries, managing supplier databases and documentation, and assisting with invoice processing.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle general office administration as required.

Requirements:



  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or procurement preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage.
