As a Receptionist, you will play an integral part in genuinely putting our clients and patients first and seeking perfection through continuous improvement, having a confident personality, and being equipped with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). In addition, you should have comprehensive knowledge of the business and operations.

**_WORK ENVIRONMENT (_**_Overtime/ travel/ weekend work/ team environment)_
- Monday to Friday with alternating shifts either 07:30 - 13:30 / 13:00 - 18:15
- Every 2nd Saturday 07:45 - 12:30
- **WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THIS JOB? **(J_ob deliverables and main duties)_
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the customer experience at the appointment and on the telephone.
- Interactions are friendly and professional according to reception standards.
- Complete front office reception processes accurately.
- Calls answered and directed courteously and efficiently.
- Customer complaints handled according to protocol and escalated as required.
- Accurate messages taken and passed on.
- Product knowledge kept up to date through reading, attending training, and discussions with reps.
- Co-ordinate relevant administration processes.
- New client details added accurately to the internal system.
- Selling veterinary products and food to clients.
- Consultations and theatre procedures booked accurately.
- Vaccination books updated.
- Filing kept updated.
- Operational problems reported to the Practice Principal.

- Matric
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- 2 years’ retail sales experience
- Bilingual in English & Afrikaans.
- Computer Literate MS Office.
- Veterinary Product Knowledge.
- Ezyvet System will be an added advantage
