**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to upsell products and services as appropriate.
**Fluency in both English and French is required.**

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional communication at all times.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer trust.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to engage customers positively.
- **Fluency in both English and French is required** to serve a diverse clientele.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset in providing comprehensive support to all customers.
