Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for receiving and reviewing fax images, followed by data entry into our system. Additionally, you will attach relevant faxes to existing pre-cert cases requiring further information.
Your expertise will also involve routing callers to different departments when necessary. Furthermore, you may need to perform outbound calls or outreach to members or providers to inform them of the status of their authorization approval or denial.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in call centre experience, with a minimum of 12 months' worth of experience under your belt. A certified high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum. This attractive compensation package reflects the value we place on your expertise and dedication to delivering top-notch service to our customers.
