Highbury Media T/A Habari Media, a leading media and advertising agency, is seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team in Cape Town.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate parties
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a high school matric certificate or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
