**We are seeking an Area Manager for a permanent vacancy based in Centurion, Gauteng**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- Grade 12 plus 3-year relevant Diploma / Degree qualification such as BCom (Sales / Marketing / Business Management / Financial Management)
- In-depth knowledge of retail and wholesale sales processes, finance and insurance in the automotive sector
- 3+ years’ experience in sales & marketing within a financial services / fleet management / banking / insurance environment
- Dealer / network experience would be advantageous

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Stakeholder / agent performance management - engage with stakeholders to achieve business targets; analyze KPI’s again market conditions; build and maintain strategic business relations
- Strategy rollout - implement appropriate actions to achieve targets, including training and continuous improvement; sales, marketing and digitization process optimization
- Dealer reviews / reporting - monthly reports, quarterly reviews and stakeholder management
- Manage and improve customer satisfaction, follow through topics until resolution and escalate to fix at root cause instead of single resolution
- Drive target achievement and provide detailed feedback on performance
