Job Title: Customer/Tutor Matching Administrator

Location: Highveld, Centurion, Pretoria (close to Centurion Golf Estate Entrance)

Working Hours: In office - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a Customer/Tutor Matching Administrator to help us match our passionate tutors with eager learners. **Position Overview**:
As a Customer/Tutor Matching Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our students receive the best tutoring experience possible. You will be responsible for connecting students with the most suitable tutors based on their unique needs and preferences. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining positive relationships with both customers and tutors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from students, parents, and tutors regarding tutoring services, availability, and scheduling.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student and tutor profiles, ensuring that all information is up to date.
- Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor the quality of tutoring services and gather feedback from students and tutors to make necessary improvements.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage tutor schedules to ensure they align with student availability, making adjustments as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties.

Qualifications and Attributes:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Be solution focused.
- Have grit.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping students succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is a pre-requisite.
