Leading Cape Town based outdoor advertising company seeks experienced Head of Sales to join a motivated team in high performance environment.

**Responsible for national sales on multiple platforms**:
Responsible to hit overall company sales target
Manage High Level agency relationships
Facilitate high level client engagements
Maintain high level knowledge of industry advancements including Ad servers and programmatic buying
Full understanding of OMC and other datasets
Manage all sales related queries with team
Assist team in problem solving - All client/portfolio/meetings/pitching related queries
KPI reviews for all individuals in the Sales team
Run weekly sales meeting
Weekly Sales summary to EXCO
Monthly Sales Presentation each EXCO
Full ownership and oversight of Sales Software and Tools - CMS and CRM software
Manage and structure sales and marketing strategy (planning, oversee budget, entertainment support)
Manage and structure KAM with sales
Face of tractor to all clients with the team
Set up marketing and entertainment plan for the team
Facilitate quarterly sales break aways
Spend 4 days in Cape Town per month
Manage and service own portfolio - budget TBC
Make sales and marketing collateral and recommendations
- sales packs, consultants etc
Team training on sales collateral
Manage and oversee all aspects of the sales chain and make recommendations and collaborating with production and marketing to achieve final goal

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Identify, generate and maintain clients
Minimum five years experience in a B2B sales environment
A background in outdoor advertising sales or media sales and/or digital media would be hugely beneficial
Good agency contacts required
Proven success in sales
Negotiator, strategist, team player
Strong existing client relationships would be advantageous
