Role Purpose

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...-
- Strive for “first call resolution” in every instance.- Communicate effectively (both internally and externally and ensure clients are appraised of status of queries and their expectations are managed at all times.- Ensure compliance with operational processes and procedures at all times:
- Ensure that all service requests are managed against service delivery processes, procedures, expectations and requirements-
- Take ownership of all client service requests and follow through to resolution or alternatively, where required, follow formal escalation procedures and communication protocols.- Maintain awareness of service requests that are open and escalate to management where sufficient progress has not been made.- Ensure personal skills and knowledge base is commensurate with delivering a superior service at all times and remains aligned with product developments & enhancements:
- Leverage the support knowledge base for resolution of known issues:
- Provide quality user’s support and training on IRESS’ product suite of products.-
- Taking responsibility that users are proficient on IRESS product and comfortable with all functionality and using the software to its fullest capability.- Communication of and training on product enhancements and upgrades.- Understand account set ups and login configurations.- Focus on client satisfaction.- Provide client feedback internally.- Ensuring a great user experience.

To be successful in this role you will- Personable, with the ability to network and interact easily with people. The ability to work and communicate well with people at all levels, whilst being obsessive about client service and satisfaction.- Have good Business insight with an understanding of the importance of excellent client service, have the ability to deliver such service excellence, consistently.- Strong analytic ability with high attention to detail. An eye for detail, in both a general and technical context- Flexibility: a talent for adjusting quickly to rapid change with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.- Passionate and energetic individual who is self-motivated with the ability to be persistent, confident and assertive but also a team player.- Prior experience ideally within supporting and communicating with Clients.- Prior experience of call logging and administration (via GTA) and keep well maintained documentation.- Monitoring and tracking open GTA items, and provide status updates and communicate these internal and with clients- System Administration experience - Adding and removing users, password management, user capabilities and access.- Interpret system error logs, browser related issues and triage and analyse reported incidents.- Microsoft Office experience.- Commitment to continuous professional and personal development - expanding knowledge base at every opportunity.- May be required to work shifts (including after hours, public holidays
