Dynamic ethical company, supplies, sells and rents superior quality Konica Minolta, bizhub and Lexmark copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines and multi-functional devices in the Helderberg, Somerset West, Strand, Stellenbosch, Hermanus, Cape Town, throughout the Western Cape and nationally. All equipment is backed up by on-site service and maintenance agreements.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Service-related call handling (receiving, logging, feedback and follow-up), especially around government tender business
- Service-related quoting and billing
- Process supplier warranty claims
- Supporting the Service Manager and Service Team with the necessary administration and scheduling tasks (including calendar management)
- Assist with stock control and despatch
- Taking ownership of software technology that collects meter readings automatically

**The applicant should**:
1. **Have at least two years of experience in the customer service and/or admin industry (preferably in the copier industry)**

2. **Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines**

3. **Be able to work on his/her own, use initiative and take ownership**

4. **Be computer literate (Outlook, Microsoft Office) and embrace technology.** Knowledge of an accounting system, e.g. Pastel / Omni / SAP would be a big benefit.

5. **Have a passion to make customers happy**

6. Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, with great attention to details

7. Be naturally curious as to why processes exist, and be able to offer improvement to existing processes

8. Be very flexible, as the service environment is constantly changing and adapting to customer needs

9. Have, at least, a grade 12 Certificate, but verifiable tertiary education would be a big advantage

10. Have excellent time management skills

11. Be bilingual (Afrikaans / English)

12. Be well-spoken, presentable and able to communicate effectively

13. Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills

14. Must have his / her own reliable transport
- Prepare and assist with management reporting
