Financial planning and investment firm based in Somerset West is seeking to employ a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team.

**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Bachelors degree in either Business, Economics, or Finance - _preferred_
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Investment, life, or medical sectors - _advantageous_
- Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite (Intermediate Excel Skills)
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
- Drivers license and own reliable transport
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as collaboratively under supervision
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, problem solving skills and able to prioritise
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist Financial Advisors in managing client accounts and investment portfolios.
- Handle correspondence with clients, third-party providers, and product houses.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of investment instructions.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to facilitate investment administration.
- Manage client reporting and general administrative tasks.
