Your key** job** responsibilities as the **Customer Success Manager** in **Cape Town** will include:
- Selling upgrades to our extensive range of clients
- Following up internally generated leads by our dedicated customer content marketing team within agreed response times
- Managing your lead pipeline, never losing a deal opportunity out of sight
- Reaching out to hoteliers directly, to advise them of the added benefits of the product
- Deliver demos to interested hoteliers demonstrating the scope of the product and added benefits
- Develop a deep understanding of their product suite and competitor pricing and product offering
Requirements for this **Customer Success Manager job** in **Cape Town**:
- Patient and empathetic towards others, but naturally able to lead a conversation, deal with emotions and not afraid to upsell
