Customer Success Manager

What you will be doing:
Foster strong client relationships from start to finish, serving as their go-to person.
Navigate client accounts with ease, smoothing out any bumps and ensuring smooth transitions.
Swiftly handles escalations, working closely with our tech team to keep things running smoothly.
Keep a finger on the pulse of client satisfaction, celebrating wins and tackling challenges head-on.
Guide clients toward optimal solutions, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Empower clients with knowledge and opportunities, sharing insights and sparking new possibilities.
Collaborate closely with teams to evolve our services, always aiming for better client experiences.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in MSP roles like Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager.
Strong technical proficiency, especially in IT support, cybersecurity, and Microsoft cloud services.
Excellent communication skills for effective client and team rapport.
Strategic thinker translating business needs into retention strategies.
Efficient time management and ability to work independently or in teams.
Results-oriented, focused on delivering value and meeting commitments.
Accountable for managing multiple projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
Committed to our mission of making a positive impact in people's lives.
Location/s: Can be based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg
