**Role Description**
Cognia Law is recruiting a highly efficient HR and Recruitment Administrator to join our team of dynamic young lawyers. Working as a valued member of the HR team you will provide efficient and effective administrative support. This will include recruitment support, new starter and leaver admin, maintaining and updating employee records and supporting the administration of employee lifecycle events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing the leave and HR calendar
- Assisting at various stages of the recruitment process
- Managing the background screening process
- Arranging inductions
- Ensure that all personnel files are correct and up to date
- Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff
- Updating of powerpoint presentations
- Assisting with the performance review process
- Full administration support for the HR department
- Perform any work-related tasks as delegated by superior
- CV Conversions
**Job Requirements**:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- National Diploma / Certificate in HR and or Business Administration
- 3 + years experience within a HR/Recruitment administration role
- Professional, well-groomed and articulate
- Contactable references
- Preferably working knowledge of HRIS software (eg Scout, BambooHR or other)
