**Salary**: Negotiable
JOB PURPOSE
To oversee all aspects of client relationship, including identifying and pursuing new business growth opportunities within allotted client portfolios within the Debt Collection environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
- Tertiary qualification or course in Business Management is an advantage.
- 5+ years working experience of CRM and business development in a medium to large company with project management experience.
- 2+ years collections strategy experience with in-depth knowledge of collections systems and methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing multiple high value clients across industries
- Managed financial services and/or retail client portfolios more than R100m p/a
COMPETENCIES
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills to influence relationships at all levels and maintain both external and internal relationships.
- Ability to interrogate data and reports to advise on appropriate collections strategies that help meet company’s business strategies and client expectations.
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills
- Power Bi Knowledge
- Report writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Investigative, analytical and impact analysis skills
- Customer-centric
