**1. Recruitment, Selection and Assessment**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with Creating and loading job requisitions to the internal CRM
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist in all aspects of recruiting functions including sourcing, competitive research and screening
- Scheduling and coordinating logistics for interviews, including sending out calendar invitations using Outlook, setting up tests / assessments and video conferences
- Provide recruiting coordination and support from intermediate to high level recruiting process
- Conduct reference checks

**2. On-boarding, Orientation and Off-boarding**:

- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and assistance with initial training.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with all new employee orientation and on-boarding at Head Office and in countries where there is no HR representative.
- Support with the coordination of the quarterly virtual orientation session for all new m2m employees.
- Assist with maintaining the m2m virtual on-boarding portal

**3. General Coordination**:

- Conduct Assist with coordination of HR related initiatives.
- General administration and ad hoc admin support where required by line management or departments.
- Job Requirements**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Administration or a relevant degree is preferable
- 2-3 years’ experience in Recruitment role
- Ability to work on-site in Cape Town, South Africa.
- 1-2 year’s work experience in an NGO preferable

**Competencies**:

- Able to conduct the full scope of recruitment (including recruitment for professional positions) and onboarding of employees (non-negotiable)
- Great accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical and structural approach
- Employee centric and service excellence mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM System
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential matters in a professional and ethical manner
- Good planning and organising skills

- Ability to work with high volumes of work and remain effective and efficient
- Ability to work well under pressure without compromising work quality or standards
