**Job Purpose**:
To work under the supervision of the HR Head/Team to provide administrative support to the HR department. Full HR Generalist administration from onboarding to off boarding (Full Employee Life Cycle).

**Required: Qualifications**
- Matric (Grade 12)
- National Diploma or (N6) in Human Resources

**Required: Experience**
- 1-2 Years Experience
- Familiar with full-cycle On-Boarding & Off boarding

**Preferred: Knowledge**
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills with an eye for detail
- BCOEA Legislations, EE, UIF, Skills Development and IR

**Required: Knowledge**
- Knowledge of MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PPT & Outlook)
- Basic understanding of labour legislation.

**Work Environment**
- Mostly office-based activities
- Little physical effort and occasional light physical exertion.
- The constant physical demands of the position are talking and hearing.

- The occasional physical demands of the position are carrying, pushing, pulling, handling, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination.

**Job Specification & Key Responsibilities**

**You will be trained on the following key aspects of the job**:

- Sending Meeting & Interview invites
- Conducting Reference Checks
- Initiating Background, Qualification & Criminal Check via MIE
- Update internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms.
- Monitor employees on probation, midyear and year-end reviews
- Updating employee files, with i.e., signed employee contracts, medical aid forms, etc.
- HR employee filing, which includes maintaining electronic and physical employee files
- Assist with training and development process, i.e., source training providers,
- scheduling external and internal training/workshops, etc.
- Capturing and maintaining of the workplace Skills Planning (WSP) & Annual Training Report (ATR) database
- Assistance with Completion of UI19’s and Drafting Certificate of service
- Printing & Scanning & Filling HR Documents
- Ensure that all deadlines are adhered to
- Provide efficient and accurate agendas, reports & minute taking where required
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the level of this post as required

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From R4,000.00 per month
