Duties
- General office duties including faxing, typing letters, answering phones, scanning and bulk photocopying and collation of presentations, reports, etc.
- Screening and directing calls and taking messages on behalf of the Manager and/or the team.
- Provide support in production and completion of reports and projects, presentations, proposals and questionnaires in line with team’s core outputs.
- Collating, summarizing and reporting daily reports received from the branches with regards to operational matters.
- Assisting the Manager and Business Change Manager in coordinating the efforts of the change network and change agents nationally including but not limited to directing appropriate communications, minute taking and filing, follow-up of outstanding tasks and other as may be required from time to time.
- Day to day filing and minute taking.
- Analysis of spreadsheets, pivot tables, look ups, basic logical functions and formulas
- Maintaining neat and clean office environment for Manager and ensuring that all filing is up to date at all times and Archiving.
- Assisting with other ad hoc duties from the team as required.
- Attending to all and any other reasonable instructions as requested from the Manager and/or Board of Directors from time to time.
- Booking travel arrangements and providing itineraries, currency, etc.
**Salary**: R25 000,00 - R28 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
