National Training Manager

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Identifying the training needs within the organization through job analysis, sales data analysis, and regular consultation with business managers.
- Liaising with Human Resources regarding new employee onboarding, internal training for Head Office staff and disciplinary issues.
- Develop training programs based on both the organization's and the audience's needs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the training and build improvement plans where needed.
- Conduct training online with the Field Marketing team, external stakeholders, and dealers.
- Present in-person training
- Design clear and concise training material for educating internal staff and external partners (PPT, video, PDF etc...)
- Manage the training performance of RMs, FMEs & BAs through assessments and training audits.
- Onboard & evaluate new Field Marketing staff to ensure a smooth induction into the business.
- Meet with dealers, distributors, and network partners to discuss products and the brand.
- Work closely with the product team to determine and plan training strategies for the business.
- Plan & track the training schedule for each product launch.
- Meet with internal staff to determine their training requirements or improvements needed for the month ahead.
- Manage, upskill, and assess the training needs of the Training team.
- Assist with managing the vCollege training platform.
- Liaise with Regional Head Quarters (Egypt) regarding training implementation and plans.
- National traveling to conduct regional training and audits.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Diploma/Degree in relevant field

Min 3-5 years as a National Training Manager (Essential)

Min 3 years training experience within the Mobile Telecommunication industry (Essential)

2 years as a Field Marketing Executive/ Regional Manager/Sales

Own vehicle and valid driver license (Essential)

Public Speaking

Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and skills

Mobile Telecommunication industry knowledge

Logical and Creative Thinking

Content Creation (PowerPoint and Video)

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Highly organized individual

Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
