This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a track record in business development and client acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and implement a targeted business acquisition strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions to client needs.
- Negotiate and finalise business agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development or business acquisition in the recruitment or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
