With the exponential growth in the African iGaming & FinTech markets, we are looking for dedicated and experienced digital and tech savvy **Talent Acquisition Consultants (Gaming, Payments & FinTech)** to join our team in **Cape Town** The role will be hybrid, with lots of flexibility; we don’t run on KPIs but rather on deliverables There will be zero business development needed, so you can get to work on what you’re best at - finding & placing the very best talent in the market

Requirements for this **Talent Acquisition Consultant (Gaming, Payments & FinTech) job** in **Cape Town**:

- 2+ years of recruitment experience focussing on a specific continent ideally Africa and/or the Middle East
- Deep understanding of Southern Africa & the African continent at large
- Ideally must have some exposure in recruiting for Payments and FinTech
- Inherent ability to listen, understand & action tasks under your own steam
- Impeccable English language skills
- Knowledge or passion of gaming or sports will be highly advantageous
