Manager, Employee Relations

This position will have responsibilities for People Matters.
People Matters responsibilities will include the following in support of all skill team located in MEA facilities.
The position will include developing an OD skill set by participating in strategic, customer focused initiatives, using OD methodology, in response to concerns identified in the workplace.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- HR experience required (5 years at the minimum)
- HRBO and Labor experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration
- Investigate and resolve salaried employee issues and concerns
- Counsel employees regarding job related matters
- Develop, interpret and administer most salaried employee policies and practices
- Investigate and approve all salaried disciplinary actions for customer base
- Coordinate with People First online surveys and manage audits for customer base
- Provide counsel to the OGC/Internal Control to resolve employment litigation issues
- Scan the internal and external environment to identify trends that may affect or change the relationship the Company has with its employees
- Lead or participate on special local or global project teams
