**Role Responsibilities**:
- Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the finance department.
- Verify financial data and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve accounting issues promptly and efficiently.
- Process receipts and other financial documents.
- Capture and record financial transactions with precision.
- Assist with account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and colleagues.
- Report the status of accounts and any discrepancies to management.
- Prepare, send, and store invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues promptly.
- Liaise with non-paying clients to facilitate payment.
- Provide support and assistance to the management team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Finance Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
