Financial Clerk
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Accounts Payables**:
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Capturing supplier invoices on accounting system.
- Performing supplies reconciliation on weekly basis.
- Loading of supplies payments, staff claims and verifiers on banking system.
- Attending to supplies queries.
- Maintain filling of financial transactions.
- Attend to internal and external auditors request within prescribed timeframe.
**Revenue Management**:
- Prepare and send letters to all customers that paid their contributions.
- Issue invoices to customers for grant levy to be collected.
- Maintaining grants reconciliation (payments received versus outstanding contribution).
- Contacting customers to remind them about their outstanding contributions to the company.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric certificate.
- Currently studying toward a Financial Management or Accounting qualification.
- A minimum of 1 Year experience in a Finance office environment.
