Client Service Administrator

**Main Purpose of the Job**:
The Billing & Client Services Department currently has a vacancy for a Client Services Administrator who will assist with the monthly billing processes - with the focus on completeness of billing
**Job Output**:
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between customer billing and 3rd party billing
- Support Management with financial controls
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Dealing with 3rd party suspensions and cancellations
- Any other billing and admin ad hoc functions
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Pro-active and committed o Attention to detail o Excellent organisational skills o Strong administration skills are essential o Must be confident and fast-paced o Must have excellent numerical skills o Must be able to think on his/her feet o Be willing to get involved in other areas of business when required o Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
**Qualifications**:
- Matric
- Computer Literate (MS Excel/MS Word and MS Outlook)
- Basic accounting knowledge would be advantageous
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years billing or accounting experience
- Administration experience is a highly recommended
