**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** **About the role**

The Sales support administrator is a key member of the sales support team responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for products or services offered by the business.
- _This role involves analysing partner requirements, coordinating with various departments, and generating detailed and professional quotations that meet the partners' needs while aligning with the company's pricing and profitability goals.
- This role will report to the Internal Sales Operation Manager_

**As the Sales Support Specialist, you will**:

- Prepare comprehensive and clear quotations tailored to the partner's needs while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Conduct pricing analysis to ensure the proposed quotations are competitive yet profitable for the company.
- Interact with partners to clarify their requirements and address any inquiries related to the quotation.
- Prepare well-structured andorganized quotation documents with a clear breakdown of costs, terms, anddeliverables using guided rules and systems.
- Maintain a database of allgenerated quotations, including partner details, products/services quoted, andpricing information.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, such as sales, procurement, and finance.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you**

**The ideal Sales Support Specialist**:

- Excellent communication tointeract effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Attention to detail andaccuracy in preparing and reviewing quotation documents.
- Ability to problem solve, identifypartners needs and respond accordingly.
- Proven experience in asimilar role, ideally in a sales, pricing, or quotation capacity
- Proficiency in usingquotation software, CRM systems.
