- Check material availability when preparing quotes
- Maintain customer pricelists and the customer database
- Contribute to monthly material forecasts
- Assist clients with cutting lists and drawing office requests
- Aid in resolving customer complaints
- Provide technical information, brochures, and installation procedures to customers
- Perform general administrative tasks and maintain personal filing
- Support additional tasks as directed by management

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High School Matric Certificate
- Relevant Sales/Marketing diploma/degree (an advantage)
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, especially MS Office
- Experience with Syspro or similar software
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a sales representative in the steel industry
- Solid knowledge of the South African roof sheeting industry (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Capacity to perform well under pressure

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales representative in the steel industry: 1 year (required)
