Human Resources Business Partner

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and work closely with the CHRO to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. This role offers you the opportunity to partner with business leaders, understand their needs, and implement HR strategies that support our company's objectives. **WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO**:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and objectives and providing HR guidance and support.
- Lead HR initiatives and programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, providing coaching, counselling, and conflict resolution support as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives and ensure compliance.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with payroll partners, addressing any issues promptly and streamlining processes for efficient collaboration to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics, including performance management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information and employee matters.
**THE NON-NEGOTIABLES**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
**NICE TO HAVES**:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience in a global or multi-site HRBP role.
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in coaching and developing managers and leaders.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization.
- Previous experience in a high-growth or tech startup environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages to support a diverse workforce.
- Participation in professional HR associations or networks.
