**Key responsibilities**: Administration of group risk death claims Client service and communication Quotation of claims Assessment and recommendation of claims Death claims statistics What will make you successful in this role? Matric with a C- symbol in either Mathematics or Accounting essential At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Employee Benefits General Administration knowledge of claims processes and procedures Knowledge and Skills Administration of group risk death claims Client service and communication Quotation of claims Assessment and recommendation of claims Death claims statistics Behavioral Competencies Good communication skills (verbal and written) Client Service orientated Accurate and the ability to pay attention to detail Analytical capabilities Team player Results driven Decision making skills Core Competencies Cultivates Innovation by creating new and better ways for the organisation to be successful.
