A healthcare facility in **Bryanston **is looking for a mid-level **Recruiter **with HR generalist experience as well.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Continuously building the talent pipeline for high turnover roles
- Assist and report on recruitment metrics
- Onboarding of new starters such as producing offer letters, contracts and ensure they are onboarding correctly
- Managing the collation of references and security clearance as relevant to each role
- Ensuring all relevant ID, certificates and employee documents are received on or before 1st day of employment
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required

**Essential knowledge and skills required**
- Proven 3-5 years' work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases
- Ability to write and deliver creative job adverts
- Ability to interact with all stakeholders;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines

**Desired / Advantageous**:

- Tertiary qualification: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Geriatric / Dementia care
- Proficient in reading, writing, & speaking in English
- Report writing skills
- Valid driver's license with own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R24,000.00 per month
