Inbound Customer Compliants Team Leader

JOB ROLE
To lead, develop and coach a team of Resolutions Agents by driving the daily production and achievement of set targets and SLAs; and providing accurate daily reporting on individual and team performance. Also, to conduct thorough investigation of all Debtor’s complaints and queries in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring a fair outcome in all cases, which is clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
Tertiary qualification in Credit Management, Risk Management or Business Management is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a customer complaints/inbound environment.
Leadership experience in a collections customer complaints inbound environment is an advantage.
Knowledge or understanding of contact centre technology and methodologies.
Experience of disciplinary procedures and performance improvement processes.
