**Established crop producer and juice manufacturing company with high local and global market share has a position available in their Human Resources department for a Systems Co-Ordinator/Analyst. To assist in the analysis, design and implementation of electronic data processing systems. This position is responsible for assisting in: data gathering and analysis of methods and procedures; design recommendation in the form of user proposals, operational instructions and computer program specifications; and implementation and support involving systems testing, user training and special projects. The continuous improvement of processes and data integrity that will provide insight into key decisions aimed at streamlining and cost reduction.** **Minimum 2 years experience in similar role required. Based on a farm in Tarlton, Johannesburg.**

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in HR/Systems/Related
- 2-5 years experience in similar position
- Advanced MS Office & Power BI
- Knowledge of Time and Attendance Systems will be an advantage
- Ability to comprehend complex systems, recognize their interconnections and relationships.
- Must be able to analyse different parts of a system influence each other and the system as a whole.
- Good knowledge of organizational structure and its relation to work and data flow.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to take initiative in identifying issues and solves issues within section with be ability to push up or flag bigger issues to relevant Stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain controls, transactional data and feedback loop.
- Ability to manage objectives.

**Duties**:

- Assists in the development of procedural manuals and trains users on requirements for automated systems.
- Assists in the preparation of process charts and analyses that reflect workflow, external verification and audit points, and output requirements.
- Reviews and/or revises existing systems to increase efficiency.
- Assists in the day-to-day office administration.
- Prepares and keeps departmental records and reports.
