**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Staying current on industry trends: keeping up-to-date on talent acquisition best practices and emerging technologies in the recruitment landscape.
**Relationship Building**:
**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Assist with the analysis of recruitment and exit data to identify trends and inform future strategies.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of search strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to keep hiring managers informed on the talent pipeline.
- Assist with writing, proof reading and editing proposals.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and compile data to support proposals.
- Prepare presentations (PowerPoint and Canva) for key meetings, sessions and external events.
- Assist with the record keeping, tracking and administration (letters and statements annually) of the Senior Employees Retention scheme (SERS).
- Assist with record keeping, updating, and tracking of the job library (schedule) and uploading of profiles on SCubed.
- Data extraction and analytics to advise stakeholders as and when requested, including historical information and enquiries related to remuneration.
- Assist with the processes mapping and record keeping of key processes in the HR CoE (i.e., reward and benefits) space.
- Assist with following up with queries raised on people data integrity on SCubed.
- Working closely with the relevant CoE ensure we keep track and update where relevant the HR share-point/intranet on HR policies and information.
**Business co-ordination**:
- Management of calendars effectively, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize tasks and manage incoming requests.
- Anticipate needs and proactively prepare for upcoming meetings and deadlines.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Facilitate communication between the line manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and track ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
**Business Partnering Administration**:
- Recruitment admin (Completion of Employment Requisition etc.)
- Compiling of Promotion and change of job title letters.
- Assist with ER admin such as securing chairperson & setting up disciplinary hearing, administration management thereafter. (Notice of outcome and engaging with CoE).
- Schedule of Exit & Stay Interviews & reporting thereafter.
- Submission of monthly new starter, termination and current headcount to Group IT.
- Employee Offboarding & termination reporting to Group IT & Group Legal.
- Capturing and consolidation of Bi annual and year end Performance rating.
- Talent Management - data gathering & consolidation.
- Dream Protector quarterly consolidation and reporting.
- Employee engagement survey - Quarterly reporting.
- Consolidation of monthly HR reporting.
- Management of Long services anniversaries.
