Purpose of Role:The Senior Projects Administrator is responsible for the governance and administrative support necessary for effective project control. This role ensures efficient handover of projects, coordination of customer meetings, and overall project administration, supporting the Capital Projects department in delivering high-quality and timely project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety First:

Governance and Administration:
- Oversee department-level governance and administrative tasks.
- Support project control administration, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate project handovers and customer meetings, facilitating smooth transitions and effective communication.
Project Documentation:
- Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring all records are transparent, up to date, and easily traceable.
- Compile Data Books, O&M manuals, and other documents according to contract milestones, ensuring mínimal risk to the company.
- Assist with project status and progress reports.
Support Functions:
- Provide miscellaneous office support related to project administration.
- Liaise with internal and external customers as required to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Adhere to all SHE and housekeeping requirements.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Diploma in Administration or equivalent, and/or seven years of related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP advantageous).
- At least seven years of experience in project administration within a project environment.
- Strong knowledge of project documentation standards and practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
