A fast paced, progressive, credible and well established digital print and retail branding solutions company based in Cape Town is seeking a new business development sales executive to join our dynamic team.
Who are we?
We are a leading print branding company with over 45 years of experience. We service multiple Global and National brands across a range of products and services.
From conceptual retail in store bespoke design, to full through the line window and instore campaign production to a range of POS products, we cater to many needs.
In essence we are a large scale production house executing client’s in store brand presence via various products, services and medias.
Overall we form part of the branding chain for our clients within various industries and markets hence there are multiple sales opportunities that exist for potential New Business development.
Focused new product development also allows for increased sales opportunities.
**Requirements**:
This experienced individual needs to be highly driven with an eager and confident approach to developing a network of contacts to attract new customers at a higher end.
A natural born sales strategist who has a targeted and motivated approach to developing new leads has the ability and opportunity to grow within the business Nationally.
The position requires hard work and effort to open new doors with key potential new customers.
Having marketing experience, a natural creative mind and being an excellent communicator with an ability to build relationships with people utilising all available communication platforms is the person we are seeking.
Sales is a tough business to be in, especially in a competitive environment such as ours. It takes a thick skin, determination and a consistent positive attitude to build momentum and opportunities.
Naturally an individual with existing relationships with Multi National corporate retail/FMCG brands would be at a serious advantage.
The individual needs to be able to confidently present to senior marketing and brand teams in a relaxed, but assured manner that will gain potential trust and ability to close the deal.
We are a supportive management team and work together with sales across all areas to ensure success, but ultimately the individual needs to have inner entrepreneurial skills and a burning desire to deliver and make their set sales targets.
Going the extra mile, putting in the hard work to build your sales funnel with the right calibre of potential customers and being highly proactive will propel you in the direction of success in this role.
With such a diverse range of products and services, the world is your oyster in terms of new client possibilities across various market sectors and industries.
A minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience is required. Previous experience in the print and branding industry will be advantageous.
The position is based in Cape Town with occasional travel. This is an in-house full-time position and not a remote working situation.
Salary is dependent on various factors.
